the right attunement of a musical instrument is known by the music it produces.....
similarly, the sound/speech of a being reflects what frequency the being is attuned at, what frequency the being is resonating at.....

440hz the self destructive frequency or the 432hz the blossoming frequency of nature & divine.....

"being sounds sound, if s/he is sound within"
and, sutra is-
"produce the right sounds to be sound"

obviously, no right ear likes/enjoys the sound of a disharmonious dissonant instrument..... for there is a great difference between the melodious music and the noise.....

  Vern Vidya..... the sacred knowledge of sounds..... the first subject which was taught in any ancient gUruKul was the knowledge of sounds; how to pronounce the sounds at a specific frequency and that was the part of the elementary education..... and, you see, this is still a part of the elementary education today where the nursery kids are taught the phonetics beginning from "अ, a" to "श्र, shra"..... but, the real frequency is totally missing.....
