            each day must begin by providing the right dimension to the Vital force and that's possible by uplifting the Vital force by producing the right sounds from the mouth, which means to produce the right sounds at right frequencies.....


"uchhaaran" as it's falsely spread today comes from the root utt+ chaaran, which means "to route towards upside", which means to uplift, so uttchaaran means to uplift.....and, it's exactly similar to the word speak which means the take s energy to the peak.....

everybody says- "attune to the higher frequency, attune to higher vibration" but, how?

just like a musical instrument needs attunement, similarly, the divine musical instrument that you are, it too needs the right attunement, because you too produce sounds in the form of language & words, just like a music instrument.....

as you speak the s energy, the sushumna energy can either rise or fall.....which depends on the frequency..... frequency 432hz uplifts it whereas frequency 440hz maintain its fall.....

that's why the discipline of Vaak-shuddhi is given to all, in the beginning so that the beings learn to uplift the vital force, the prana vayu as sound is dependent on vayu/air element.....and, air is the carrier of prana particles.....

so, focus on speech and attune to the right frequency, right words and right speech..... be attentive of what you speak.....

some asked about the music too, so to add to the knowledge.....
know that all music instruments at present on earth are attuned to 440hz and all music produced is in 440hz, which has created more madness by keeping beings trapped at the dead sounds & frequencies, so beings loved a sense-less actions, talks and life.....

no wonder, today the hearts are completely dead.....

since, one can not see the waves and sounds, yet one can listen and the effects are visible in the world today.....

V does not suggest anyone to listen to any low frequencies, sounds and talks with lowly words or devil's tunes, even if it is popularized worldwide or whatsoever.....
